POSTER PRESENTATION CONTEST

Dear HSDI 2019 attendees,

Welcome all valued doctors to register and participate in the poster presentation contest at HSDI 2019 with the main topic:
“Interdisciplinary approach in dental implant therapy”
Please find detailed instructions and information below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSTER PRESENTATION 

Important dates:

Poster registration: August 05 – September 31, 2019
Registration confirmation: October 03, 2019
Poster submission: October 03 – October 31, 2019
Poster display, presentation and award ceremony at the Congress: December 06 – 08, 2012 

Accepted poster topics include: 

Clinical case reports, overview on new techniques, applied research in dental implants and related specialties.

Poster layout instructions:

Poster should be vertically oriented, 80 x 110 cm in size. Tapes should be prepared compatible with the poster material. Presenters when coming to the poster presentation room during the opening time, please display posters at the board that has your name on. Opening time and place to display posters will be updated in the Congress Handbook. 

Presentation requirements: 

Please stand by your poster during the required presentation time. Required presentation time includes communication with general congress attendees from 10AM – 10:30AM, and presentation + Q&A with the evaluators from 10:30AM – 12PM on December 08, 2019. 

Further instructions:

    1. Opening time to display poster: 7AM – 8:30AM on December 06, 2019. All posters must be taken down after 5PM on December 08, 2019.   
    2. For every poster presentation, time to present poster: 5 minutes, time for Q&A with the poster evaluation committee: 5 minutes. 
    3. All sponsorship directly or indirectly associated with the studies presented in poster presentation must be disclosed. 
    4. All posters should be displayed at the right position, corresponding with the presenter’s name on the poster board. All inaccurately displayed posters will be removed. 
    5. Posters from presenters who do not show up during the required presentation time will be eliminated.

    4. Fourth place/Consolation/Encouragement: 2.000.000VND 
    5. Appreciation for the remaining posters: 500.000VND
